Summer time trial — June

6 June 2013 A little thin on the ground on what was a lovely evening to be running. The scenery was beautiful, so I took my time to appreciate it fully.

Rowan ran fastest time of the year so far. Nice to see Kim showing why he picked up a prize at the Sussex Marathon, and Rosie improving by 3 mins in 2 months.
