Last Thursday we had a great time trial with a very encouraging attendance of 15 runners and the quickest time in 5 years.
It was real pleasure to see many faces that have been absent for a long time.
Some impressive performances amongst those below, but well done to everyone single one who came out — you prompted comments like, ‘wow, this is like a running club again!’
